The nose has distinctive honeysuckle aromas, Pronounced flavours of apricot dominate the palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by a natural acidity mineral notes on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.
The grapes are sourced from Orange, Mudgee and Canowindra. 25% of the blend was on skin contact at 5°c for a period of 5 days with the balance pressed, settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on lees for 5 months before fining, cold stabilisation, sterile filitration and bottling.
