Chain of Fire Merlot

Chain of Fire Merlot comes from the Mudgee wine region. It is a mellow and approachable wine, enjoyed by most red wine lovers. The nose presents dark fruit aromas with some oakiness in the background. Its palate is medium bodied and displays rich flavours of plums and dark cherries. This wine can be enjoyed immediately upon release and can also be cellared up to next 8 years. Enjoy with lamb burgers, meats with warm spices, roasted chicken with thyme and roasted pork loin etc.
