Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted herbaceous grassy scents mix with gooseberry, citrus, lime zest and mineral notes. Zesty citrus and gooseberry flavours sit over a flinty mineral back drop that also sees some herbaceous grassy characters evident. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a zingy aftertaste.
